Our policy
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at jenikascollection@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange a pickup where available.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For exchanges, your new item will be dispatched as soon as the return is approved.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimate wear and clearance/final-sale products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
